How it Works
Three steps. Clear ownership the whole way.
Logistics Plan
We map every shipment, SLA, site constraint, and risk before the first crate moves. You get a written plan, not a guess.
Move Map
Every crate, origin, SLA, and site rule listed before freight books.
Sequence and Risk
What can stall the install, and the order-of-arrival that keeps the floor moving.
One Written Plan
Lanes, handlers, dock windows, and the exception path - in one place.
White-Glove Execution
Secure freight, specialized handling, and live exception management when a delay or damage risk shows up.
See It Fast
We name the problem - late crate, missed dock, damage risk - and take ownership the same day.
Fix The Move
Reroute, expedite, or re-sequence so the rest of the build doesn’t sit idle.
Emergency and Expedite
Last-minute hardware still has to land. We run the exception instead of adding a ticket pile.
Sequenced Delivery
Dock appointments and order-of-arrival coordinated to your install schedule, so the right crate hits the floor first.
Dock Window
Site appointments locked to the install day, not whenever the truck shows up.
Order of Arrival
Racks, power, then GPUs - the crate they need first is the one that lands first.
Floor Handoff
We stay on it until the last crate is on the dock, not until the freight is “in transit.”

Logistics Plan
A logistics plan is the first step, not a sales call. We take what you’re moving (servers, GPUs, racks, networking), where it originates, which US site it has to hit, and the date the floor actually needs it. Then we map lanes, white-glove handling, dock windows, and order-of-arrival so install isn’t blocked by the wrong crate.

You get a written plan you can run with us or use as the control doc. If something slips - delay, damage risk, a changed site rule - the exception path is already named. When you’re ready to start, contact us or email info@westernox.com.
